The staff were kind and helpful. We also had breakfast and the selection was varied and nutritious! Veggies, avocados, eggs, salmon, blueberries and other fruits! I really liked the mini pretzels. Nothing.

The newly renovated rooms were great! Plenty of space. Breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The only complaint is the showers don't have a door, so the water gets everywhere.

Really nice place: rooms are clean, spacious, with very nice simple design. Very cool bathroom with a modern shower. The view from our room (andour balcony) was very nice, we could see the mountains and the town. Coming out of the shower into a cozy room while it was pouring outside felt really like luxury. Breakfast was the standard german hotel spread, but with very good quality: meats and cheeses, very nice bread and pastries (delicious croissant). The staff was also very nice.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful, as were the staff. Room could have used air conditioning instead of just a fan.

good location in Obertraun near Hallstatt and Dachstein (with car). walking distance to a supermarket (although it was closed during our stay due to long weekend holiday). newly renovated, the rooms are nicely done. breakfast spread is small but well curated and fresh quality. there is no lift and aircon for hot days

We loved the property, it is all new, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast delicious!! Nothing!

Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and new, decorated to feel super homey. Breakfast was delicious! Location is close to the train station and a 30 min walk from the cable car up the mountain to a stunning view.

The location is perfect—quiet and serene, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, and just a short distance from the lake and Hallstatt. It’s the ideal retreat for anyone wanting to unwind and experience the beauty of the region. What stood out most, though, was Iryna’s heartfelt presence. She went above and beyond in every way, and her warmth left a lasting impression on us. We are truly grateful for our time here and already look forward to returning.
