Rooms missing air conditioner, Not enough people around to play with sports

The atmosphere, this is actually operating as a sport camp. This is not really an accommodation to external partners, but good for children taking sport's camp.

We booked this accommodation last minute. The room was big, with a separate living room area. It is very basic but very clean. There is a bar on the premises and a cafeteria. Breakfast was included; dinner was available for a fee. Both were offered in a cafeteria style restaurant. The staff at the front office and in the bar were very helpful and friendly. The rooms feel like you are staying at a camp, which is what the facility seems to be in the summer. We were there in the winter. The rooms could have offer soap and shampoo. We took the train to the town the hotel was in. We then had to walk 20 minutes to the hotel because there were no taxis available on the day we arrived (due to a storm). So just be prepared to walk 20 minutes if there is not a taxi available.

Breakfast was good but small choice for me.

Alpine Austrian beauty. Sports facility in superb condition. Very friendly and helpful staff (made keys available for our after hours arrival. Breakfast was excellent (reserved table with name tag). Free parking Didn't have time to stay longer.

Park like location. Helpful, friendly, English speaking staff. Bus to Venice nearby. Free parking Noisy hotel mechanical at night (friend didn't mind) but I used ear plugs. Shower head broken (water sprayed everywhere), fortunately, hand held ok. Musty smelling elevator.

Clean, functional, warm, good location. Breakfast was very poor. Changed the breakfast times on last day so we were unable to eat as it was too late. Breakfast selection was very poor.

The place is not thought for someone in my situation but perfect for families or groups. The place is a Sport Center and has several football and tennis courts, among other things (now fully covered with snow), and indoor gym. It's dificcult to arrive if you are not with car, there is only one bus per hour and in the afternoon much less than that. However, I had no car and of course there are some limitations but one can manage to visit Hallstatt and other places by bus.

Dinner buffet was really good. Limited options but all very tasty. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and so was the bathroom. Mattresses on the thin side. Transportation to and from the Resort is basically a bus line that runs hourly and we were told only cash .... but on the way back, the driver was telling everyone that no cash was accepted. Luckily we had credit card on us.

There was a pool and a running track. Lack of information about check in and breakfast, rude cleaner that entered our room without asking.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, a very good breakfast. A dinner in the facility's cafeteria can also be recommended. My bed was a bit hard for my taste.
