Food and drinks. Don't expect anything special here. I'm not saying you are going to starve. The staff tries their best based on what they have. But the quality of the ingredients certainly does not justify the overall price. Taking into account that we had to drive here, you are better off booking a half board and taking a plane to Greece, Turkey or Spain and enjoy local restaurants outside your accommodation..

The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Great selection of new food every day. Everything was cleaned spotless multiple times a day, and the beach was also incredibly clean and with enough sunbeds.We especially enjoyed the absolute best breakdancer we've ever seen and also saw how he interacted and loved teaching people that difficult art. All in all, would highly recommend for a trip where you want to forget the problems of the day to day life. We'll gladly return.

We came to Reina del Mar for the fifth time, this time for the Easter holiday, and once again everything was great. The rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day, and the minibar is refilled daily. The food is excellent – tasty, with lots of variety and good quality. We liked that the drinks are bottled, not from dispensers, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our kid had so much fun at the shows and activities – they were really well organized. We truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, similar to what you'd find in Turkey, but closer, here in Bulgaria. For us, it's the best option on the Bulgarian seaside and we’ll definitely come back again!

We spent two nights at here just before the season started, and the experience was excellent! The staff was incredibly attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. All the services were top-notch, from accommodation to food and the overall hospitality. We would definitely return even during the peak season!

We really enjoyed our stay at HVD Reina Del Mar. The weather was perfect for late September, and the hotel wasn’t crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The food quality exceeded the typical all-inclusive standard, with a great selection of both bottled soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The spa was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The only minor issue we had was with the coffee. Although it was Lavazza, the taste was a bit off. We also felt that the spa might get a little too crowded during peak season.

The location is beautiful, big rooms, almost new (villas) The food had no taste, poor choices. Everyday the same meals.

a perfect hotel for babies, diverse food, very good drinks, the hotel looks like in the pictures more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, in a 6-night stay, we were not cleaned twice and our trash was not taken, considering that it has 5*, you should clean and change the linen daily.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the drinks were quite good. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.The private beach is large, with plenty of space and a playground for kids right up to the shore.There was nightly entertainment for children, which was a big plus for families. The housekeeping staff did not change the bed linens or refill the consumables in the room. This also happened to our friends.All cocktails were made with low-quality alcohol by default, and you have to specifically request higher-quality spirits.Most of the food served was fried (fries, schnitzels, etc.), and there was a complete lack of fish or seafood on the menu. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed. Perhaps my expectations were higher due to the recommendations I had received.

Big room Bad food în bufet, a lot of kinds, but low quality, better to have less and good quality , the cakes zone is hurribel , looks good but tastes bad. The food isn’t worth the money at all !!!!
