Cambria Hotel Ocean City - Bayfront

Originally we were placed in a room that is exactly one floor below the rooftop restaurant. It was extremely noise especially at night time until 2 am. We were moved to a lower room but next to a crying kid. We could hear it all night, keep my family up all night. I also called to do a well check visit as it was very unusual for a toddler to cry for so long at 4 am. The kid stopped crying but not all sure what happened. Walls / rooms should be better isolated for noise. You should hear noise but not to keep everyone up or wake them from their sleep. We will not return back.

Absolutely loved our stay everything was great

From the beautiful views and modern, spacious rooms to the food, amenities, cleanliness, and wonderful staff, everything about our stay was fantastic. One of my favorite features was being able to text the staff when we needed housekeeping or had a question or issue. That level of convenience and communication was such a great touch! The only thing missing was direct beach access, but honestly, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. The beach was very close and easily accessible, and we were also close to restaurants, the amusement parks, and everything else we wanted to enjoy in Ocean City. The hotel was clean, modern, updated, and comfortable. It didn’t have the typical beach-hotel feel, which I actually loved. Most importantly, my family felt safe and completely comfortable during our stay. We absolutely loved Cambria! It has officially become one of my favorite places to stay in Ocean City, and I’m already planning to return very soon. Highly recommend!

I get it in a lot of hotels I stay in oceanfront and I pay way less .

For the price, it wasn't that great. There were little broken things like the pool ladder and elevator button pad that should be fixed. Also, for the price you'd think they'd have a little golf cart shuttle to the beach like Aloft does. Not to be lazy it is only 4 or 5 blocks but I was injured and it was a struggle. Room was clean some of the towels were stained though.

Everything was excellent. I can’t say anything about the pool area since we didn’t use the pool .

We love staying here...so many positives! The location, the restaurant, the swimming pools and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The staff was very understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to my father's failing condition.

Everything was good , they even gave us an upgrade which is so nice of them , as I was traveling with my parents , upgraded room with ocean front balcony was perfect for the family trip.

The view was beautiful. Location is very convenient for the things we wanted to and board walk is less then a 3 min walk Theres a lot of traffic in and out the lobby and elevators for the rooftop restaurant

The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. There is no complementary breakfast. Parking is included with stay. The hotel lighting is pretty dumb and you have to use your key card to keep the light on.

Nice stay, front staff did a nice job, but room cleaning, which is not every day, was subpar. For example, k-cups were not restocked. Elevator situation needs a remedy, as wait times are unacceptable.

The hotel was amazing. Very good hospitality and clean. We will be there time and time again.

Then, the room I had held an odd stench. Like the carpet needed cleaning. I got off the elevator and walked to room 702 and the carpet looked filthy! Definitely time to redo the carpet! Lastly, before I left, I wanted to redeem one of my free drinks so I walked into dining area only to ask if I could get the drink, but I was instantly met with a lady saying we’re already closed! We’re already closed! I stated I already know that you’re close I can see the sign. I was just wondering if I could quickly get my drink redeemed. The same type of issue happened the last time I was here and I addressed it with the person that said it. This time another lady also stated that they were closed, and she looked more like maybe a manager of that area. But I said I understand that I just want to see if I can get this redeemed. It was just so aggressive and non-friendly! I was disgusted actually. Where is the proper customer service? I was highly disappointed with this stay and have come to the conclusion that I need to find somewhere else to rest when I’m passing through.
