Great location and good price Not much not to like

Location is perfect. Truck was parked 95% of our trip! Staff were nice, and they upgraded our room for free, it was a nice surprise. Pool is nice, air worked very well. Bathroom door was broken, and could be deep cleaned but worth the price for sure.

We really liked this motel everything was very comfy the bed was so soft!! And it was so close to everything I was so happy it was close to the arcade and flamingo coast definitely will be back !! Tight parking spots but all places nearby are similar

Great location, room was just what we were looking for! Staff was awesome, had an issue with no parking one night but the staff worked to find us a parking spot! Definitely will be back!

Check in was a breeze. They are also accommodating. We came early and let us park on the property while we went to the beach. Parking is free in our case, I was led to believe there's a $10/day parking fee. Location is great, short walk to the boardwalk and where the kid's attractions are. Our rooms was on the small side with no tables and chairs, clean otherwise, plus fridge and microwave are a plus.

It was cozy for a solo trip. Very clean. No complaints.

Disappointed. Cobb webs in the room, the drywall in bathroom looked like it had just been repaired and the wall was not painted, WiFi did not work, police were called both nights of our stay due to rowdy occupants above us and next to us (shared wall). Extremely small parking lot that if you have anything bigger than a Ford Escape and a full size pick up parks across the lot behind you, you can’t get out. Not worth the cost.

Close to the beach The lady at the desk upon check in was very rude. She yelled at me because she thought I couldn’t understand her. It was my first time booking a hotel so I wasn’t sure what to bring in with me and she yelled at me. Rooms were small. Sand all over the floor. Dirty.

Nice location, walking distance to everything near the inlet in OC and staff were very friendly. Pool was cool and clean! the wifi did not work for us
