The owner was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable pricing. It was clean except for the grout in the shower area. Bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Nothing to sit on but 2 chairs at the small table and 1 was really wobbly. Mildew in shower tile, broken shower head. Desperately needs an update. Parking lot is way too small.

Spacious, clean, and good AC. Plenty of parking around back and pleasant staff. Very pricey for the Friday and Saturday night at $340 each, but the location is prime and it’s during peak season. Would stay here again

The coffee at the front desk was convenient for a pick me up and they even had sand toys, beach chair and boogie boards for guests to use. Wonderful stay. I’ll be returning to this hotel when we visit OCMD.

Great location! The room was very clean and roomy. Wifi was a little spotty, but still usable. It was our 2nd time staying and we will be back.

Very close to the beach, 3min walk There are some flys & mosquitoes that get to the room, whenever we try to get in. Need some treatment

Location, location, location! My only (minimal) critique would be that because of its layout, there is a decent amount/chance of exterior noise from other guests. But everyone was friendly so not a huge deal.
