The room was clean. We stayed for two nights and did not spend much time in our room; however, we did want to go swimming, but the pool water was cloudy, and there were particles and hair floating in it.

Beds were comfy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. I think I would try to get something where I can look o it & at least see the ocean but sometimes those places can be very expensive for 1 night & just passing through! This did the trick for a restful night to get back on the road again in the morning.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I PAID FOR MY BOOKING BEFORE I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL. ONCE I ARRIVED THE GENTELMAN CHECKING ME ASKED IF I HAD BEEN THERE EARLIER TODAY. i STATED HE PROCEEDED TO CHECK ME IN. THE NEXT DAY I NOTICED THAT I HAD BEEN CHARGED TWICE. ONE PAYMETN WENT THROUGH BOOKIN THE OTHER WAS CHARGED AGAING THROUGH THE HOTEL. I SPOKE WITH FRONT DESK THATE MORNING I NOTICED THE CHARGES. SHE ASSURED ME THAT THEY ONLY CHAGED ONCE. I SPOKE TO BOOKING THEY DAID IT WAS BING CHARGED BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE CHARGES.
