Air conditioning and WiFi are horrible. The fact that this place offers the ability to cast shows from a phone or a tablet to the tv is completely pointless when the WiFi sucks. And the only two channels offered by Best Western are CNN and FOX News. Ugh.

Pictures need to be updated. Everything is pretty old need some updates. Room smell was not good. Homeless people right outside the hotel just camping there.

Good location right off I-5. I requested an early check in as we were hoping to be there by 1pm the latest. We didn’t arrive until 2 and we were told the room was not ready. Check in was at 3! We had traveled over 8 hours and really needed to freshen up. By the time we got into our room, the AC had not been turned on and it took forever to cool off. We asked for a portable fan and they did not have any. Hotel is old and dingy. Will not be staying here again.

The lobby was nice. Run down and dirty. 3 dead bugs in the hallway.

Nothing The shower handle was broken. There were insects in the room. Loud noise, other people smoking outside.

My room was clean, and the housekeeper was amazing. The carpet had a tear in it, but it was no problem. My family was happy with the breakfast and the options available for breakfast. I absolutely loved the pool availability staying open until the time it did. This allowed for us to utilize it more frequently in our stay. If I had to pick anything in my stay that I did not like, I would say at breakfast the clean up crew was a little to hasty. Under no means did I want them to stay longer than necessary or accept any newcomers past the time, but I was in there when it was end time, and my kids wanted more food, but the crew had already started taking things. I think the clean up should wait until the last person is done serving. A courtesy annoucement and timeframe alotment would also be moore helpful. Foor example, we are cleaning up in (insert time) last call.

Property was good. Just lots of homeless around and people smoking. You can smell cigarettes while swimming in the pool.

Great service and delicious breakfast. Pool area was open till 10 pm. I asked for more towels and they brought some promptly. Family friendly and close yo Legoland!

I would choose somewhere else. Homeless people hanging outside the hotel. Tweaker looking guy riding bike in parking lot looking at cars. Didn't get told by staff to leave.
