This was just what we need for five people and a late arrival. Clean and got the job done. Very grateful to the owners!

The staff were great. The location was excellent. The restaurant next door was our go to for breakfast every morning. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower could have been cleaner (stains around the bottom) and the outlet built into the nightstand didn’t work.

Parking might be a challenge for larger vehicles, but the staff was great in helping park and providing information and any extras we needed. Plenty of places for coffee or food. Typical summer weekend traffic. Bet would be better during week. Enjoyed our stay.

This place was an absolute dump. I cancelled and received zero refund. I’ll never use Expedia again nor will I stay at this roach motel

Owners of facility were very kind and chill

The manager or owner checked my room before I drove off and gave me a dress I somehow missed. She also gave me a room back from the busy street and I slept very well, helped by the AC/fan that was not too loud. It’s a 10 minute walk to public beaches. Free parking! I recommend this hotel.

The property owner was over the top amazing! So accommodating, kind and very informative. The Property is in an amazing location. The room was extraordinarily clean. I wasn’t crazy about the AC unit, my bed was hidden behind it so I didn’t get the full affect.

Fantastic staff

Most of all, I loved the couple who run the Inn. They are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to be of service and fulfill every need.

Staff were exceptional! Place was well taken care of and clean! Lovely place and affordable. Great location, super short drive to the beach and near good stores.

Simple but clean, and friendly staff

Clean hotel located near a lot of cool stuff in South Oceanside. Good coffee and thrift shopping next door. Some of our other favorites nearby include Best Pizza & Brew, Primo Market, and South O Brewing. Beach and all of the above mentioned spots all within easy walking distance.

My stay was good. I would book a room with this property again. Near the beach and many shops.

Parking, walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants and the room was clean. There wasn’t a coffee brewer, no microwave or refrigerator provided in the rooms. Very basic indeed. Price was fair so that’s why I give four stars

The owners were very nice and helpful! We asked for 2 extra pillows, and they were happy to provide them. The room was very clean and comfortable.

This was a great find, in a great location. Anything you might need is within a walking distance (morning coffee, beach access, breweries, restaurants). Rooms are clean, staff is MORE than helpful. Would highly recommend.
