It was a great room size and perfect fit for our family - we will definately return They cleaned the hot tub in the middle of the day so we sisn't have access to it for 4 hours - on a rainy day

I have never changed future travel because of the excellence of a hotel. We have gone every year for over ten years to Ogunquit and booked at this hotel thinking it was on their trolley line, and because our usual places were unavailable or too expensive. After driving down to Ogunquit, we decided we would never come back because what parking was available was prohibitive and expensive, and everything was too crowded which made walking for two octogenarians difficult so we discovered restaurants and antique shops in Wells and up to Kennebunk, and realized that we love this hotel, for its accommodating staff, pool, cleanliness, add location for the new areas we discovered. For example, on how accommodating the staff was, we had no difficulty in getting an extra chair that was needed, and everyone was cheerful and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were just the right temperatures, and the room was a good size. We will be going back next year! Mattress was a little hard and toilets low, but we managed!

It was clean, room was perfect. The staff were very pleasant and professional. I had my 5 year old grandson with me and he also enjoyed staying there. There was nothing I disliked.

The hotel is in a great location near the beach. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good and they have multiple choices every day. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We have always stay in this hotel since the kids were little, now they are teenagers and they have fun too.

Standard Hampton Inn, no surprises, fair breakfast. Found a hair in the bed. The room was not a usual size room. It was a bit smaller than usual and the tv placement was odd ( on a angle away from the bed)

OK Should have more rooms with walk in showers. Very hard for older people to safely get over a tub
