Nice property, and a great stay.

I liked the price but I guess that says a lot. We opened the door to our room and it smelt like a public bathroom. The king size mattress was lumpy. The wardrobe had someone else’s hair on the shelves inside. The nightstand had a drink ring still on it and questionable beard hair…? The bathroom was surprisingly clean, but the shower curtain liner could have been refreshed. Rooms aren’t sound proof, one neighbor showed up at quite time 10pm, lots of talking and in and out of the door unpacking then constant loud foot steps in the room. The pool was refreshing and clean, but not maintenance to the pool area whatsoever, grass over grown, old table and chairs. The location was decent for a trip to Wells Beach. But loud being on the main road.

Family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and we were well taken care of when we needed something. The young gentleman that works there really invested in making sure all runs smoothly and helpful. Very calm and quiet place. Easy check in and out. Would recommend bringing your own pillows. Need your car to travel to beach or restaurants in main hot spots.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, dog friendly, and there's a charcoal grill and a small pool.
-
Very very hot and not the cleanest

Terrible communication and I know they’ll reply to this and say how you reached out to the number well I had tried and I also tried reaching out to the number in the email that they text me from when it was only convenient for them. It’s literally the bare minimum checked in at exactly 3 o’clock and checked out at 6:45 AM mildew in the bathroom definitely won’t be back.

I imagine this place was beautiful back in the day. But now is really outdated. The room was very simple and clean. Nothing special, no decor on walls, very small tv in room. The cottages look very outdated and in need of some TLC. There is a pool on site which included very outdated seating and lawn furniture and overgrown grass and weeds. They are in need of a landscaper/handyman. It looks like mostly teenagers/young adults are running the place. There is an ice maker on site but no vending machines or other amenities. It was okay for our one night stay.

We were not satisfied at all with the room we stayed in. It was run down and not one update to any appliances. The walls were all marked up snd holes in the window screen. It was extremely small and needed a lot of repairs to the inside and outside We were very disappointed. No shampoo, no soap, and no ice buckets in room when we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room wasn’t clean, decor was slap dash paint all over the place and sofa was to small for a 2 bedroom cabin
-
Wonderful little cottage. So nice to have a screened porch for the evening

The ants were horrible, had about $50 worth of food ruined.

I was on the ground floor. The blinds were broken aT eye level so anyone outside could see in. Unit 17. I had to stack my suitcase on the table against the window to block. I didn’t feel save.

The property was cute and my son liked the pool When I looked at the hotel room on line it said it was accessible which means handicap accessible. There were no pictures of the outside at the doors going in. When arriving we noticed two fairly good steps going into the room with no handrail making it difficult for my mom to get into the room. The room was acceptable when entering but the toilet was so low to the ground (like a school toilet) the shower did have a handrail in it but nothing for the toilet. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable for the price you pay the beds should atleast be super comfortable but no they are probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. For it being a non smoking hotel which is another reason we went there. There were cigarette burns on the bathroom sink and yes it's pet friendly but the room really shouldn't smell like animals. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Pool was nice little private room felt like uad my own place in wells for the few days I was there Wish entrance sign was lit up a little more at night almost missed it a couple times. If your a bigger person the toilet was a little claustrophobic kitty cornered between sink shower and wall
