The cleanliness was above average. The amenities were great...a kitchen sink and dishes...its quiet yet friendly. I had a fantastic stay i would recommend it to anyone .the staff and owner should be proud the hard work really shows.such lovely grounds great pool and hot tub friendly staff.amazing place. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean and the grounds were well maintained and pretty. The woman who checked us in was informative and friendly. She let us check in early as our room was ready. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean and lovely. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it. This is minor but the only thing I didn't like was the towel situation. Like I said, minor! We were provided with 2 pool towels in the dresser in our room but didn't know that until we were at the pool. There were no towels at the pool but I was able to get some in the attached office. Also, we were told if we needed more regular towels in our room, we needed to place the used ones outside of our room and they would be replaced, left on the chair outside of our room. Of course, being on vacation, we forgot. We didn't have the option of having our room cleaned for our 2-night stay, which again is very minor. I'm guessing if we absolutely needed it, they would have accommodated us.

The room was very clean and organize, we would’ve loved to see a little stove for small cooking but overall very nice place to be at. The indoor pool and spa was very nice and relaxing, love that there was available bathroom and shower inside. Location was good, it was within 10-15 minutes from everything. Parking was great on the premises. Would love to see an addition of a small cooking appliances. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Location was good for our needs. Bathroom and sink area is small but good otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would always need first floor in the future. The stairs were very challenging for us.it was good that the stairs were close to our second floor room. Thank you to the ladies who found something very important that I left behind and readily contacted us to retrieve it. Have a great rest of your summer Second floor room due to stairs.

I loved our room. It was clean and our bed was very comfortable. The couch was a great plus. The jet tub it was a life saver after a beach day and walking around. The motel is not "on the main road" which makes it a perfect location. Staff was great and friendly. I will definitely book a room there again on my next trip to Wells. The only thing I can point out is not to have to smoking area near to the office and in front of the apartments.
