Location, location, location! No breakfast included.

There’s a view stairs to climb to and from, but it was still very much worth it.

The location is great with beautiful views. The room size worked for three of us. The included transportation from the port and to the airport was very much appreciated! There are quite a few steps to get to room. Not a problem for us. The driver was kind and carried our heavier luggage down/up the stairs.

The staff is the best and the complimentary driver for pick up and drop off is just amazing. I think we got upgraded and the room was marvelous. Best room I’ve ever been in Europe and the view of the Caldera was WOW. Will pick this place again ❤️ None

Room was nice with pick up and drop facility Breakfast was not onboard which was surprising as we have paid too much for the room.

Such a great location, amazing view, sweet staff, good breakfast delivered in the morning, and convenient transfer service! 100% Recommend!!

Location was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing including the transfer driver! The view and outside terrace was second to none - unbelievable. Bathroom was small and a little cramped but given it’s right in Oia it’s part of the experience!

View , king size comfortable bed , transfer to and from port , big room . Stained yellowing sheets , 3 out if 4 pillows very hard and high and unusable , water leaking next to bed into shelf and floor ( broken pipe in wall ? Not sure ) , privacy lacking in location .

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were great and the airport/port transfer was excellent! The room had amazing views and was in a great location. Room super clean and tidy. Wish we were staying longer than one night!

The location in Oia was fantastic, the room was spacious, breakfast brought to the room, cute patio with awesome view. Just a few steps up from the Boardwalk. The room was beautiful, but lacked reading lights on the bedside tables - there was only one room-light, which was a bit odd. And for people wanting to catch up on some TV series when on holidays: sorry, there is no TV.

Location was wonderful, located at the quieter side of the marble walk way for Oia town. The view is beautiful and staff is helpful. The cleaning lady Konstantina and driver are both very friendly and property is clean and well maintained. No TV

The location is the best. It’s right in center of Oia. The door cant be close.

It was quaint room in a beautiful location. Wonderful staff, excellent facilities, comfortable room. The hotel has two locations- a few rooms on the caldera side and the main office, pool, and restaurant on the other side about a 15 minute walk from the main area in Oia. There are drivers available to pick you up. In spite of this, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Santorini is a particular island. Not my favorite at all. Getting to the units wasn't a pleasant task but you can say the same to 95% of all the hotels in Oia. OIA Memories staff was excellent, the room was ample and clean and prices were fair. The view from that side of the island is great. Going up and down the stairs, the breakfast and water drainage issues in one of the rooms for which the hotel compensated us volunteretely.

Great views of sunrise and sunset. Fabulous hosts and taxi service which was included in price of hotel for port and airport pickup and drop off. Great location, about 5 minute walk into centre of Oia. Shower drains were blocked and flooded bathroom. We told the maids and was fixed.
