Everything was perfect

The Hotel is very well located on the old part of town close by all the restaurants and shops, it is a 5 minutes walk to the water front. The complimentary breakfast was good as well as the cappuccino in the morning. The A/C in the room worked very well since we were having extreme hot weather during our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby closes at night depending on the last check in and opens back at 7:00 AM, the elevator is turned off so you have to use the stairs to the adjacent door to the street, not a deal breaker but my wife had a broken ankle and we had an early flight so I had to carried her down two flight of stairs along with the baggage. So if you have mobility issues there are 4 steps to the lobby from the street and another 3 steps to the elevator. These would not have been an issue if my wife didn't break her ankle during our vacation.

I like that it's central, the staff was helpful, I think it's worth staying here given the price.

The service here is truly amazing—the staff are incredibly kind, and the entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The location is unbeatable and very central. You are just a short walk away from great restaurants, shopping, the marina, and sailing options. Plus, it's incredibly convenient for transit, being only a 5-minute walk to both the train station and bus stops. Because it is so close to the main walking street and square, it gets very noisy in the evenings with loud music. If you like an early night, this might bother you. Also, the decor has a distinct 80s/90s style.

Everything went very well here. The desk manager was very kind and helpful. My room had all the basics, although the shower was tiny. Location was terrific as well, right next to the main square in old town, close to food and a Tobac. They even allowed me to keep my suitcase downstairs while I made a 2-day trip to Bonifacio. Very kind of them. Highly recommended.

Lovely and charming hotel! Clean and tasteful, comfortable and firm bed, beautiful view from the balcony from a 4th floor room. Elevator and air conditioning. Breakfast was really nice, such a lovely variety of things and coffee made to order.

Staff and location Elevator not working

Good location. Good value. Spacious room. Staff very helpful. Elevator out of commission. Okay for me as a had a backpack, but would be a problem with a larger suitcase. No early check-in. But they do allow you to keep luggage in the lounge.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Maybe it was just the particular night we stayed, but the street noise during the night was very loud and hard to sleep through.

Very good location, great restaurants and bars nearby It’s an old styled hotel, old amenities but for one night it will do.

The staff was very kind, they let us leave the baggages until the check-in and after check-out. The hotel is located in the center of Olbia and you can feel the town's vibe. Very good restaurants in the area.

Location

The location is incredible, near a small plaza with restaurants and shops. It is central so everything is a 7-8 minute walk away. The AC works well but the windows also open to a warm breeze. The mini fridge was a pleasant amenity since it allowed me to purchase water to chill as well as fruit to snack on during my stay. The breakfast was also very pleasant with a nice variety of pastries and cereals. The decor is a bit outdated but this is a minor complaint. It was very clean which for me is most important.
