We couldn't check out until 23 because they were busy at the restaurant..... Waiting for an hour. Too expensive for what you get in exchange.

perfectly located in the middle of the city at a beautiful square in town! multiple nice restaurants/cafes/bars surrounding the place. food was great at the restaurant below the room and staff was super friendly and helpful. felt very safe and welcomed! room was clean and freshly washed linen + towels were provided. however, room is very simple. quite dark but really lives up to what you pay for.

The room was fine. It was quite dark which in the summer would not be a problem and the thick stone walls make it quite cool. There is a room next to it with a fridge so you can put things in it if you want. We were cold and asked for additional blankets and these were bought straight away. We decided to change our stay and move to another town, the owner despite the policy being non-refundable gave us a full refund for the remaining days. There were comments about the check in time he said 12-4 or after 6 - we went and had a drink and checked in after 6- it was not a problem. I think the location for getting busses to other locations was good and if you are looking for a convenient room then this is fine. You have your own set of keys to let yourself in and there is a stone staircase up to the room, it felt very safe. The people were friendly and it was clean. This is a room in the city, literally a minute walk to the city and it is above a restaurant and a small road runs alongside the building. There is some noise which I am not used to and is the price you pay for being in easy walking distance of the city.
