It was in a lovely location . Near bars shops and the marina but also in a quiet enough place to not be disturbed by noise The room was really small it was lovely and clean and it was just a base for us but was very tight on space

Location was very central and away from noise. The courtyard was very comfortable The TV in the main room was tiny and both were obsolete (not connection to Netflix etc..) Air con in main room was directly pointing at the bed.

The host was very friendly and open with communication. The location was excellent to get around in Olbia Parking was a bit tight, but that is also to be expected in a city popular with tourists in summer

Location There was nothing in the room, not even glasses, bad light, sewer smell, faulty coffee maker that flooded everything with water, a refrigerator that didn’t cool, late check-in, and they weren’t allowed to leave things, I don’t recommend it.

The location was central I liked the courtyard so we didn’t have to eat out every night

Great set up, 2 double rooms with a private bathroom. Decor is fresh. Shared courtyard with tables and chairs (and plants ??) Bit noisy from outside due to local bars etc but it was Saturday night.
