Hotel Regina Elena

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were great. The room was cool at quiet. As I was travelling for work, a desk would have been helpful. A toilet roll holder would have been nice and the shower door needed repairing but these are minor details.

Location is in city centre-very practical. When you enter the lobby you are first struck by the moldy smell, which is also present in the stairwell and the escalator. The room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean. The bed and cushions rather uncomfortable. During our stay my car was broken into (parked in the hotel parking which is supervised)- after a lengthy talk with the manger, who was reasonably understanding, no agreement was reached (the hotel denied liability and proposed a lawsuit). The biggest factor why we booked this hotel was the location with guarded parking - BEWARE !

Great location, free parking in the center of the city, friendly staff, big room Very small shower, they asked for a 100 euros deposit which was very weird and I never experienced this before.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, rooms great and facilities are good! Easy walk to cafés and the waterfront. We'd chosen close to the centre for access to restaurants, but hadn't expected loud music close by - nothing to do with the hotel, but would caution other travellers to expect some local noise.

Location was very good. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not too big but enough for two people. Breakfast was ver good like a 5 star hotel. They also have a free parking which is very important if you have a car Nothing

From someone that already went to hotels across 19 countries and 47 cities, I believe I can say this one was one of the cleanest ones. I got really surprised on how everything was so clean and worked well. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s really comfortable and fits better with the city style One thing I’d improve is the breakfast. We got really limited options and it was not that organized. I preferred to have breakfast in the local coffees

It’s was Oky but for the price not worth They tried take £200 deposits of me after I say am not paying that they said it’s Oky however some how I lost my room card won’t even cost them a penny to give they charge me £22 for it they haven’t even told me until I check out they sacm and horrible customer service

Best location for restaurants and shops. I was upgraded to a suite which was so spacious. Bed and pillows were great.

The hotel is situated in the center of Olbia in a great location, the front desk girls are amazing especially Carlotta & Gaia. Service was excellent, breakfast was great. Room was clean, very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Make sure the AC is properly working thru the whole night

Central location Breakfast was terrible really poor. The towels had brown stains on them we asked for new ones and they were with brown stains as well.
