Everything was perfect , staff was good , parking available

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended

Close by to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful terrace. Beautiful breakfast! 2 things: having an iron in the room and a concierge to help out with the luggage.

There were umbrellas and towels offered for the beach. The elevator was slow.

Stunning breakfast with full dietry choices Allocated room exactly on the dot at check-in time not before even though arrived well before early and other guests arriving later than me were put ahead in the queue while I was curtly told they were on a higher level than me. Rude.

size of the room, location, parking place, chess table, balcony and the view from the room old furniture's in the room, balcony and facility in general, not so clean, the loud fan in bathroom, the receptionist (young, long black hair) has attitude problem, one key card (they couldn't provide second card, never had this issue elsewhere)...

Location to port. Good variety for breakfast. Private parking. Nothing particularly impressive for price point. Need more help at the front desk. Not particularly attentive to details like the chairs on our patio that were fraying.Relatively weak a/c but adequate during cooler early June, questionable for July or August.

The location and everything else was the best you can have

Location is good?, room and terrace are big. Staff are very warm and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay. Outdated and dark.

Lovely large room with balcony. Comfy beds. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Lots of choice at breakfast. Really helpful staff. Close to via umberto and restaurants bars and mono brine small bus station to getsunline bus to alghero

The service and overall accommodated everything we needed as well as it was an excellent location! The breakfast was good - I dont believe Italians are big on hot breakfasts, so hot brekkie options are limited - BUT, you have incredible selection of every other breakfast thing including cold meat cuts, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, etc. I leave this review as a qualified, practicing structural engineer - The shower was incredibly small and impractical, with the shower head pointing towards the shower door! Who was the contractor here???? - honestly why boast a bidet toilet, when you could have left that out and given your guests an extra 500mm of space in the shower - washing long hair in there after swimming everyday was a nightmare...I'm sure more guests would have appreciated more shower space than a bidet - very inefficient use of space. I somehow expected 'more' from a 4star rated hotel - as I've stayed in a few 4star rated hotels - and this one falls short somehow, I cant really put my finger on it - maybe just an old building that needs some TLC.
