Only thing decent was the breakfast but we’re scared because of the slum atmosphere and conditions!!!!!!

Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty.

Room was clean but the TV did not work and toilet seat only had one bolt in it.

It was nice having a couch to relax on. Breakfast included sausage and scrambled eggs .Very nice

Staff was amazing, the place was clean. The bathroom door knob was super loose and it had issues closing. It would not lock. The toilet paper holder was broken or missing. Overall, a good place to stay!

The room was disgusting. The couch had white dog hair all over. Dogs food leftover in the corner by the dresser. Dry pee stain in the bathroom. And they said no pets allowed. I called the front desk to show them the proof. They didn’t accommodate me, they refunded me the money and there At 7 pm had to go find another hotel room. Family of 5. Will never stay again in their chain of hotels. Disgusting.

I’ve stayed at this motel before with no concerns. This time a little different. The doors on the closet were broken and left standing. No curtain on the shower. No hairdryer. Window shade not workable. Most of these problems resolved by staff. On the upside, comfortable bed and plenty of towels.

I booked a room online that showed a jacuzzi tub in the room in the picture. The room did not have a jacuzzi. It did have a sitting area, but the couch was so gross looking with stains that I didn't use it. The tv remote did not work, so I also couldn't watch tv. On the plus side, the bathroom was nice and seemed updated, the room was generally clean other than the gross couch, and the bed was comfortable. However, I had an allergic reaction to whatever they use to wash the bedding, which has never happened to me before. The elevator was tiny and pretty scary. The breakfast only had bagels, bread, and 1 waffle maker. The area of town this hotel is in is also pretty sketchy. I would definitely not recommend if you are traveling with kids, I got through one night as a single person. I feel like I could have gotten a nicer hotel for the price, since I booked a suite thinking I was getting a jacuzzi tub, or paid less and gotten basically the same experience. Overall, I am very disappointed and glad I was only there 1 night.

Our first room had wet floors and smelled horrible but we were given two rooms on the 3rd floor. We weren’t there long enough to have breakfast etc.

Room had trash in it from someone else. Tv didn’t work. Phone to call front desk didn’t work. Smelled like ass in the room. Front desk 0 help.

Breakfast was ok, with one worker doing the best he could, making food,cleaning tables and running the front desk. Definitely not worth the $250 we paid for one night.

that they gave my two bed up so we had to get a one bed and a coach the boys didn't like that°°°

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is an older hotel.

The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of fresh options, and everything was replenished regularly. It was a great way to start each morning. The room had a musty smell. The room was decent but i felt like it wasn’t the most cleanest. Overall, it was ok for the price and staying for just one night but i would not stay there again.

This is a good, well maintained hotel. Conveniently located. Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable: beds were comfortable, towels were clean and thick, shower was clean and hot. Pool was warm and clean. Elevator is warm and stuffy. Breakfast is basic, but decent...scrambled eggs, sausage links, bread for toast, cereal, oatmeal, apples, juice and coffee. A variety of fresh fruit, hatd boiled eggs,and yougurt would be appreciated for us of those who like a healthier breakfast option.

Affordable & very clean!

Staff was not helpful at all and rude when we checked in. Couldn’t even supply us with an ice bucket.
