Hotel Deco Omaha, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Fantastic historic hotel that's been updated with dramatic modern touches without losing the art deco character. It's located right across the street from the historic Orpheum Theatre, where I was attending a concert - and so were a lot of other hotel guests, I learned. Well-lit and comfortable bar area too, which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a beautiful historic building. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were really impressed and will definitely be back!

Everyone was spectacular

The entire staff were absolutely outstanding!! They actually made our stay so much more enjoyable. No matter who we interacted with, they were genuinely nice and kind. I always felt that they were looking out for my entire families best interests and happiness while we were there for the week. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat outside of the hotel. I cannot say enough great things about all of them.

The vibe of the hotel was unique and interesting. The rooms were great however, upon arrival, lamp was broken, couch had stains and shower didn't work properly. By the end of the stay, the staff was prompt at fixing the shower. Due to the issues we had, the staff was amazing and "made it right" by comping us with different options to make it right. Would definitely stay here again! Close to the old market neighborhood which made shops, bars and restaurants walkable.

Loved the staff! They were amazing while we were out here for nomafest! Room was clean and that ac worked like a beaut coming back to the hotel on the humid hot days.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Had a lot of amenities. It was in walking distance to the old market. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you can, request a room on a higher floor. You could hear a lot of noise from people and traffic on the third floor, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Shower water wasn't very hot

Didn't get the room I paid extra for. Took staff 3 times to get us into a room. I had ten to twenty friends join on their own rooms. A big majority of them also had issues with getting a wrong room or something wrong with their room.

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms and given a problem in our room we got another room without any hesitation. Much appreciated!

Just to note: Much of downtown Omaha is under construction for its streetcar project. That impacts the Hotel like all the other downtown hotels. Not their issue but simply to know for planning.

Very cute boutique hotel. Valet parking was affordable ($25) and easy. Love the Alice in Wonderland theming!

The location was great. It was clean and stylish. We arranged an airport pick up. It didn’t arrive so we had to get a taxi from the airport. I tried calling the hotel several times but no answer. When we arrived to check in I asked about the pick up and was told that the valet who was working today couldn’t drive so they didn’t come. There was no communication, they had my contact details so could have called me. The lady on reception wasn’t very friendly. The room was booked for 3 adults but there were only 2 cups, 2 bottles of water.

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and high quality. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the light out well. The sound in the hallways seemed to go right through the walls. The knobs in the shower were starting to peel paint. There also didn't seem to be any outlets by the bed for charging phones.

Close to & walkin distance to old market

I booked a King room for me and my wife. Upon entering the room we were given 2 beds. We had a concert to go to and they were switching shifts so I let it go due to time constraints. We had planned a romantic getaway and was told there was a speakeasy for us to come back to the hotel and enjoy after our concert. It was close due to "maintenance" but was never disclosed. We let that slide and just went to our room to relax. First bed had ripped sheet under the comforter and when we tried to sleep in the other bed it just wasn't big enough for both of us to get comfortable like we are used to at home(King bed). I absolutely loved the decor, the vibe and wished we could have enjoyed the property more than we were allowed. I would love to give this hotel a second chance considering Omaha is like a second home to us and wanted to try someplace new than the usual places we stay.
