Nothing. The hotel was the worst experience I’ve had. The hotel is far from ‘luxury’ experience. The price we paid and what we got did not match! Moved to Hyatt straight away ( which was also cheaper!) The outdoor swimming pool is in terrible condition The food is sub-par and overpriced The stuff barely speaks any English The hotel is not suitable for couples/ people without kids - it is literally a kids park , very noisy They hold animals in tiny cages - someone needs to check for animal cruelty We had to pay a penalty of one extra night stay to get away from this place - and it was worth it! I would pay money not to be there

Was all families with young children. All literature on this hotel did not make that clear. All extracurricular activities geared to the above. Nothing for adults, specifically. Hardly any English spoken by staff. Very difficult to communicate.

Breakfast at Four Seasons was the best! Dinner at the property is too pricey and not worth it.

I liked that they have many activities especially for the kids. Also they have many restaurants to choose from, no need to worry about the food and its very delicious we’ve tried diff buffet but the sailfish cafe is superb.! Recommended! Staffs are very accomodating and also the spa it is a must try! Overall you won’t get boring all thru out your stay. Wish we had more time. Wish they had a more spacious indoor pool and separate bath and toilet :)
