In my room floors where dirty, covered in small black stuff and there was a puddle under the desk that I assume was floor cleaner, came up tan and didn't have a smell. There was hair on the shower curtain that couldn't have come from me. The fridge didn't work and when I opened the fridge it smelt terrible like fermented. There is also no microwave in the room. The ac unit make a high pitched rattle sound the whole time. The elevator was broken and the stairs are coved in duck tape.

The breakfast station didn’t have any selection aside from Raisin Bran cereal water cups for coffee. I asked for refill on the coffee thermal and the worker had an attitude. Will not be returning.

Elevator was broken had to walk up stairs. Doing construction. Plastic covering everywhere needed signs to communicate the enters and exits

I have stayed several times and the elevator is always broken making it difficult for people that can't climb stairs
