Comfort Inn East Oregon - Toledo

The rooms are clean, but I don’t think I should ask to have my room clean. They should be asking me as a customer.

Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Free breakfast Up keep on the building needs improvement and there was a little musty smell in the hallways and stairs

It was not clean, the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The tub had hair from previous people. But Front desk lady was very sweet.

We fly across the country and always try to stay at a Comfort Inn... this was easily the cleanest best experience we've had.. great job

it was great until i woke up in the middle of the night, turned on the light, and immediately saw a bedbug.

We booked two rooms and one of the rooms was acceptable, but the other one had a really bad smell. The TV in the air conditioner did not work. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was below standard.

This the 2nd or 3rd time staying here, so they treat you right. It's an older building, but the room was clean & the mattress was not soft. Breakfast was good & plentiful. Moved here from the North Toledo Comfort Inn because they didn't have any hot water. The East location was able to accommodate us & even had the room we requested for the 2 nights.

Site is a bit aged. Beds very comfortable. TV kinda messed up sound.

That bad was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and all of the hotels I've ever slept in my entire life

Fairly decent facility. It's not the most luxurious place, but it's clean with a hot shower. I'd stay again if in town. Breakfast ran out of eggs for 2 days before next truck. AC in room worked, but was off upon arrival. Our room was very hot upon check- in. Maybe mid 80's to almost 90. It took a few hours for the room to cool.

Check in was quick and simple and the lady at the front desk could not have been more polite and helpful. Room was clean and adequate for our needs and we had a quiet stay. If I'm ever in the area again or know someone who is I would happily recommend Comfort Inn.

They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. It was midnight and my other options were non-existent. I called Expedia for help and they just ran me around and told me to call back in the morning leaving me with no options. Their service is usually ok, but when you run into a problem, they couldn't care less!

My room was clean, the staff was very nice and kind to me. No this was not a palace, there were some old fixtures and do not be fooled by the jetted tub listing--those need to be removed and repaired --but a good staff and awesome breakfast and quite stay in a good area with plenty of food and shopping options made this a home run for me

Good hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice easy tub to get in and out of.
