The staff are extremely helpful. It needs a sign at the road that's lit up difficult to find.

No towels to use at th pool, the water in the pool was very cold. Breakfast, was jess then to be desired (ran out of yougurt, fruit and cinnamon rolls) went down several times and there were enough seating to eat in the dinning room.

I enjoyed the full experience.

Great breakfast. Not too far from Maumee Bay State Park.

Not a lot of parking. No coffee maker in the rooms, I prefer to have a cup of coffee before my shower and dressing. Only 1 elevator on the property at the end of the building, we stayed on the opposite end. Only 1 ice maker on the property. I will say the staff were super friendly and kind.

Previous occupant left empty shampoo bottle and a used soap in the shower but the shower had been cleaned and the bathroom was clean.

Room very clean and easy to get to. Parking lot was full and needed to park next door to the hotel.

Value. Location. Walls ceilings too thin. No quiet times observed. Too much noise coming from room above that bothered my sleep.

The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!
