The room smelled absolutely horrible to attend the pool it was $15 per person and only 12 people out of the whole hotel were allowed in the pool room at once the frame to the door in the room they put me in was broken like one hard push and it would’ve opened staff was very rude and refused to check me out of the home I left anyways of course because I refuse to stay in a room with a broken door the beds in the room had stains on the blankets and there was stuff smashed in the carpet and mold in the shower I never received a refund I did reach out to both the corporate office of sleep inn and suites and the corporate office of Expedia.com no one has reach out to help me very horrible experience if you are a woman please skip this hotel please very off vibes trying to put me and my kids in a room with a broken door refusing us a new room and then refused to check us out because he said he could not resell the room for the day !

The fact that I was given false information.
-
Good breakfast & helpful staff. But not so well maintained (such as the swimming pool), plus an odd, isolated location.
-
I never made it to the room because they wanted to charge me $50 extra dollars for my service dog. I called prior to making the reservation and asked about service pets. They said he would be fine without documentation which ended up being not true. The fact that I was given false information.

Clean and comfortable, would recommend to others. Had to depart before 4am, would have appreciated real brewed coffee from the lobby, but there was noone from the front desk in attendance.
-
Absolutely nothing I was completely scared and left The room was dirty. There were stains on the floor. There was leftover dried up rags on the counter in the bathroom. The front desk was not helpful at all bad smell in the lobby trash all over the place in the parking lot would never stay here or have anyone I know stay here ever.

The location was ideal for our visit, however without attention to detail it will be difficult to justify returning there in the foreseeable future.

Staff were very nice. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Carpet stained in our room. Breakfast was very good.

When my husband started to stir the cream into his coffee from the lobby/breakfast bar, a large black house fly floated to the top. I found it funny… or ironic, not sure. It looks like it’s closed for construction. The stairway has brown drips on the walls and enough rock salt (at the end of June)to be ready for next winter. There are bright-as-day outdoor motion detection lights in the middle of the hallway. It smells heavily of long-term living/cooking in rooms of the third floor. Our room door had evidence of heavy tampering or even a prior break in. Sections of the ceiling of our room are coming down at the drywall seems. I have never been so happy to be asked for feedback. It seems like a family ran hotel so I realize they are probably trying to stay on their feet…. Please take my response as a checklist for positive change.

Dirtiest hotel we’ve ever seen.

I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.

Not that clean.
