Overall though, I would say it was "ok." Maybe we've been conditioned to expect so little these days that mere cleanliness would elicit a "wonderful." The customer service was subpar. What happened to a "How can I help you, sir?" as you approach the desk. Instead you're met with a silent stare as if you're interrupting something more important. The advertised hot tub was boarded over. The exercise room was nice and roomy, but there were no towels, no water, and the thermostat was set at 71, too hot for a workout. The much lauded breakfast was OK, definitely nothing exceptional. Overall, our stay was OK. It was clean, but customers should expect that. Final point, what does thd "Hilton" name mean anymore? Mediocrity in the guise of something superlative?

Hotel is in great shape - well stocked breakfast area, ample parking, comfortable beds..sufficient shower/bathroom

The coffee in the room was very good, the A/C system wasn't too loud, the TV streaming services were great, the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. The breakfast fritatas were rubbery and tasteless. There was no cream cheese provided for the bagels and the dark roast tasted old. The shower head wasn't the best.

Breakfast was great! They had a nice variety of foods to choose from, and the foods changed every day. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner allowed us to keep the temperature where we wanted it. The staff were very nice and helpful. The dehumidifier in the bathroom didn't work very well. After taking a shower, there was a lot of humidity that entered the rest of the hotel room. We needed to leave the dehumidifier on for a long time, and increase the air conditioning in order to get rid of the humidity.

Very pleasant staff, clean place, very good breakfast (girl at the breakfast table did amazing job to keep everything very clean). Good location for restaurant around for the dinner. would come back. pool water was bit too cold.

Good facility & staff

I got chores for my service dog and called at 1130 at night to my room. Asking if I was the guy with the hat that came upstairs with a dog

Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Bathroom was nioe. The toilet paper holder was broken when we arrived.

beds were comfortable, great location

Was a good clean hotel, but we did end up waking up one morning with no hydro and so weren’t able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and coffee as the hotel has no back up generator.
