Clarion Inn Orlando International Drive - ICON Park

This is by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The beds were so squeaky and loud, any movement made it loud and sounded like it was breaking. We found a huge cocaroach in our first room and had to switch rooms. The second room was not cleaned properly and the air conditioner wasn't working correctly. The hair dryer also wasn't working. There were no charging ports by the nightstand. Very unhappy eith our stay here.

Super bummed

Starting with G & nose pins Was the most insulting and angry person. Hate to see this. Told us no rooms available at 12 mins to. Check in time. Top my wife and just leave an not check in. Said there was no manager on location Sooooo sad

Bueno en la limpieza por lo menos el cuarto donde yo estaba encontramos cucaracha y unos de los lavamanos tapados y las nevera de hilo no servían solo la del 3 piso mientras que yo estaba en 1 primero lo bueno era que estábamos frente a la estrella de icono

It has roaches

The convenience of the location was excellent. Close to Epic and places ro eat. The beds, everytime you moved you woke to whole room up they were so loud. There is an issue with the outlets as the 1st room only 2 worked and then the 2nd room about 2/3rds worked. Something that needs to be worked on. But the beds were so loud.

Was very happy with our stay for the price. Great location.

Didn’t like the fact that I was just walking around enjoying a phone conversation and got the security sent to me. Because I looked “suspicious” and front office guy seen me the past 2 days go to my room.

AC in room did not work, room was dirty, dirty towels provided.

Rate a D minus in all areas.

Bed bugs and dirty ac units had allergies throughout the whole week, my first room had a broken bed, and the bathroom door couldn’t open properly

Nice looking property, nice pool, the rooms no so great, very very loud AC.

The first disappointment came at check-in. I arrived about three hours early. The hotel was nearly empty, and my room was already ready, yet I was told I had to pay an extra $50 for early check-in. Since I didn’t want to wait in my car for three hours, I reluctantly paid. At checkout, I asked to pay the balance with a different credit card, but the front desk refused, saying it wasn’t possible. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered such an inflexible policy. The room itself was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The attached photos show stained furniture, rust inside the light fixture, damaged bathroom finishes, and other obvious signs of neglect. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep. I’ve attached a video so others can hear it for themselves. Maintenance around the property was equally poor. The outdoor trash bins on my floor were left overflowing for three consecutive days without being emptied, while rat traps were placed throughout the property. That did not inspire confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness. Overall, this property is in desperate need of renovation and better management. Poor customer service, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, excessive noise, and questionable cleanliness made this a very disappointing stay. I will never return and cannot recommend this hotel.

Localización muy buena Poco personal y no pueden ayudarte si necesitas algo urgente ya que en mi caso solo había una sola persona corriendo todas las bases.

I like everything properly what I do not like was the person in the front doesn’t explain things to you properly she doesn’t explain everything to you I guess she doesn’t understand what you mean but otherwise was a nice the second day I think that’s what I went downstairs and pay the hotel $8.35 for something each day you pay each day you say I did not know she should’ve told me the first time that’s what I meant she has to explain the whole thing the first time but otherwise was a wonderful experience besides that

Room sink was clogged , it was roaches crawling! Bed was very squeaky . Staff was kinda rude at check in . No ice on the 3rd floor had to go to the 5th floor for ice

Loved my stay it was everything

AC was out the entire night and we were unable to sleep.
