Avi was very helpful at the front desk and answered all my questions that I had to educate my stay she was very sweet and kind

We checked in around 5 p.m. Before seeing the room, I asked the front desk if a better room was available and said I was willing to pay extra. I was told there was nothing available. When we entered, the TV was sitting on the floor with wires hanging out, buckets were placed on the floor to catch dripping water, the ceiling was visibly damaged, and the room had a strong mold-like smell. At first I did not complain. Later, after returning to the room, my wife began coughing and developed a headache. Maintenance came to inspect the room, and the employee appeared shocked by the condition. Around 10 p.m., after I went back to the front desk, we were finally moved to another room on the same floor. This was especially frustrating because I had been told earlier that no other rooms were available. No manager spoke with us, no one followed up, and there was no meaningful apology. At checkout, only about $15 in amenity fees was waived. The photos speak for themselves. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had through Expedia, and I hope Expedia reviews this property carefully. **No guest should ever be assigned a room in this condition.**

Fire alarm went off and no one knew why and then it was very hot in my room and uncomfortable.

Emily on checkin was amazing, great credit to the hotel. Rosa, part of the cleaning team, found our car keys and helped us retrieve them. Only negative was the 2 lifts, which were very slow and only allowed 5 people in at a time and then the one stopped working altogether. Don’t mind walking a few floors but we were on floor 7!!

Great place second time we have stayed there great location

There was a leak in the ceiling above the shower. I guess the people above were showering late and all night there was water dripping noise. Also water was coming up from the floor so when we took a step we heard a squishy sound. Couldnt even eat breakfast because i had to check out at 6:30 and its not until 7 on the weekend. When i mentioned it to the front desk I was only given $15 credit for the inconvenience
