Breakfast was great. The room fit the five of us with alot of space. They were very accommodating on keeping our luggage for us since our room was not ready. Very nice about that. Day staff was AWESOME. Our room did not have hot water for any of three people who took showers the night we stayed there. It was only 11pm so there should have been hot water!! There was hot water the next morning for our other two family members. Our room was hot, the fan never kicked on! I love Embassy Suites and I am even a Silver Hilton Honors member but I feel they stuck us in a bad room since I booked through Booking.com Also, they would never answer the phone after we got out of Disney World the night we stayed. It was busy signal for an entire 30 minutes while we tried to call for the shuttle and ended up taking an uber. stay for one of my favorite chains. The night staff were not great!!
