The room was clean, staff friendly and the food was good.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The lagoon was great and the free kayak and paddle boarding were fun. While out by the lagoon be aware not all the bars or restaurants can charge to your room so make sure you have a credit card with you. Hotel has valet only and it is $50, make sure you call ahead for vehicle beacuse it can be very busy and take over 15 minutes even calling ahead. There isnt an ice machine for guest to use you have to request it and they will bring a small bag, I requested some and never got one night. I will say check in was kind of disappointing. The gentleman checked us in, didnt explain anything about property or amenities, didn't say where room was or anything. Later on I had to go and request room key wristbands so we could wear in pool and open doors. Overall a very nice hotel, extremly clean and well taken care of.

Yhe property waa extremely well kept. The real winner is the staff. They were amazingly helpful.

Clean everywhere, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and grounds. A lot to do with kids around the lagoon. Beautiful spa. Lagoon is great but can’t swim in the middle only in specific areas. One massage was very bad not professional, it they didn’t charge us.

Loved the staff and hotel amenities. Loved evening turn down service.

While the resort is lovely, the in room mini bar only has space for pay to use items and I prefer to have a few of my own beverages in the room fridge. All of the items to purchase were quite expensive 7$ for a mini Coke plus 22% restock fee. Yikes!! I also don’t like the required valet at 50$ a day. I suppose if you are required to pay for parking anyways you might as well have valet but if I could have chosen to park for free, that would have been better.

I loved everything about this resort - the views, facilities, amenities, food, staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

The place is nice but it’s so family that it makes no sense going for business. The restaurant doesn’t match at all the aesthetics of the resort. Waiter in the restaurant forgot simple details of an order. Handled unprofessionally. They have an area that’s just like a mall food court. Before I left I forgot my watch. Reported it immediately. They wiped their hands clean. It’s ok. I’m never coming back to this place again.

This was an exceptional resort. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. So much stuff for the kids to do including lots of crafts. Fantastic food, lots of activities, stunning resort with beautiful views. Would highly recommend. And we will be staying there again.
