Well the parking spot it wasn't enough bit other than that everything was good

I'll definitely be going back there.

Customer Service was pretty good and the breakfast was tasty

The whole time we were there, there was only one elevator running, so that was inconvenience cause you’d have to wait sometimes for the elevator and then when we went to the pool, the handicap seat that lowers handicap people down into the pool does not work. The wires are ripped off the buttons were broke other than that the breakfast was OK, but you want to get there early because while we were there if you didn’t get there early people were acting like hogs eating, but their breakfast was good every day it changed, which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was you have to pay for your own parking?

The staff, Very attentive and also extremely helpful id like to give a special shout out to Manuel at the front desk thank you for arranging that early morning transfer for me you are a life saver! I’ve been in customer service & hospitality for over 15 years and I’ve grown from a line staff to management so I know good service when I see it! Would also like to shout out the lady( I assume she’s the manager at the front desk sorry I didn’t get her name) because she doesn’t wear uniform she was very helpful as well i was locked out of my room and needed to use the bathroom and she was there ready to assist! To the entire staff housekeeping & front desk you are the reason I’ll return to Fairfield inn & suites in December 2026

One out of two elevators not working. Staff using one elevator to transport everything and delaying elevator. Hooker sleeping on concrete and using the lobby facilities including sleeping in lobby. Only one staff checking customers in while 6 people wait to check in. Not typical Fairfield. Man sleeping on pool deck in middle of the night

The breakfast was very good and the staff was awesome!! I can’t think of anything.

Elevator problem make so difficult moving into. Only one for all visitors. Keeper team needed to use the same elevator. They are patient people. Parking lot as usually need an upgrade. Everything else was great. I love this Hotel. We hope it can be its upgrade.

The location of the hotel is great. It was close to all the tourist attractions we needed to go to, such as Universal Studio, Disney, food choices, walmart, etc. Overall the breakfast was good and staff was nice and friendly. The rooms felt and looked a bit old. There was a misty type of a smell in the room. Had to wait longer wait times for 1 operating elevator or take the stairs. When there was 15 min left to close, noticed some breakfast items were not getting replaced, such as bread or seasoned potatoes, which were the main choices as a vegetarian.

Location Staff doesn’t speak English, very rude and inconsiderate. They do not restock items at breakfast. No milk for cereal. Ended waffle bar 30 minutes early. An elevator wasn’t working and rude housekeeper pushed a garbage container on the elevator with 6 guests. I was forced to squeeze around the staff they wouldn’t move. Air not working in the hallway. Very hot. This place is a disaster!

The breakfast was nice and they only charge 20$ a night. Reaally friendly staf. They don't have shuttle to the airport, they only have shuttle to universal

Wonderful staff!!! Couldn't ask for more. Bus shuttle was too crowded in the morning and in the evening it was too early to take, so don't rely on it

Daily cleaning was slow or not at all done.
