The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and so was the staff. Great location and easy to walk to attractions. Will definitely stay again!

El mejor hotel calidad precio si deseas pasar una o varias noches cerca de los parques ubicado en la internacional Dr lugar súper céntrico cerca de restaurantes centros nocturnos y entretenimiento.El desayuno súper bien elaborado además cerca del lobby tienes acceso a comprar bebidas medicinas sopas sándwiches souvenirs las 24 horas las habitaciones súper limpias y el personal es excelente muy profesionales tiene servicio de transporte a los parques sin costos no es un hotel de lujo es para pasar una noche cómodo limpio y por un excelente precio

Only thing missing was an open window to let some air into the room, other than that, we had a fab stay

The entrance to get into the property is not noticeable and no sign to let you know where or how to get into it. Room was clean but aged. There was a musty mildew smell in the room. The air conditioning setting to keep it running constantly kept shutting off. The pipes sticking out of the wall in the shower for hot cold and faucet moved in and out quite a bit. Walls are thin.

We went to the other hotel 2 minutes away and it was just as bad, if not worse!!!! The mattresses had stains that were worse than the first one, no mattress protectors or fitted sheets. The lady there was extremely nice and let us know that they "don't have fitted sheets there" which is very crazy. Spend the extra money to go elsewhere and save yourself and family the hassle.

It wasn't much about the room that I had any complaints about aside from the rooms being older and outdated but that's not a huge deal for me.

Horrible service they charge u to park $10 a day here on top of your price to stay here which is completely insane the key card doesn't unlock the door things are super ghetto fied the door is in the bathroom do not close and you get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. The doors are so sharp they cut my arm open going out of my hotel room

My bathroom was dirty have something dirty around when I put the top up it was nasty

Genuinely a blessing to stay at. The view was amazing, the staff were really nice, and the shuttle service was nice to not drive to universal and everything was so close. Alongside in case u do miss the shuttle, the uber is only 5 dollars😭 so not too bad.

The staff at the property is very welcoming and accommodating. Convenient location, cost effective, would recommend especially to people who are doing the parks on their trip.

Excelente!! Deben poner opcional el desayuno con la reserva. Dar 2 opciones si quieren desayuno o si no. Y cobrar extra cuando sea con desayuno.

Very convenient and secured

The location was very convenient to nearby restaurants, night life, gift shops and pharmacies at each end of the block and walkable.. I would not recommend walking to Universal it is not that close but close enough to drive to it just under 10 mins, lots of local traffic, it’s on the bus / shuttle line to several attractions so that’s a plus. The rooms were ok but dated… the restaurant is not there anymore just a little eatery on site, the staff was nice.

Small pool, carpet in the halls and room looked dated, the hotel didnt honor my gokd status with 20% off one time food purchase, slow check in, but the hotel has gated security and you can walk to a lot of the restaurants on I drive
