The worst part was the room. It actually very minimal lighting and felt very outdated, empty and run down. It looked like the images but very scruffy, chipping, dirt, paint all over the furniture and bed and amenities like ironing board. The safe was broken and not fixed properly. The shower handle was broken, along with the plug to the bathroom and the entire room felt very unclean hairs over the ceiling, stains on the bathtub and bed and dirt around the toilet. I was going to to complain but we were out the entire time so we made do for the 3 nights. The aircon was very good I must say, but the front door didn’t feel very secure which made us feel quite unsafe. The staff at reception were friendly enough, although you receive a “welcome package” just after arriving and it’s very pushed down you to visit their other resort for a day which wasn’t what you need when you’ve traveled to the hotel. The parking was good and check in and out was very quick. The rest of the amenities seemed pretty good condition though some bars are closed. It’s a good hotel if you need somewhere central but I wouldn’t recommend due to the room feeling so broken down. If I knew the quality of room was like that I would have booked elsewhere but didn’t want the hassle!

There were some issues however like the fact there was a resort fee, that was not mentioned and I found there was not enough storage for clothes, as there was only a small closet and two drawers. Other wise staff were helpful and friendly and we had a great stay overall at this location.

Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. Great location and free bus to Disney if booked ahead. Nice pool area and shop if not a little expensive.

The hotel is appropriate for business and vacation trips. We enjoy the amenities (pool, bar, cafe) The hotel is located in a very central zone so, you have shops and restaurants, in a walkable distance. Disney parks close by as well.

Clean room, friendly staff. Game room was closed early on a Saturday night, disappointing. Also, one of the reasons I have stayed here for the last few years was the bucket drinks at the pool bar and they have discontinued those, so that is very disappointing. I love this hotel but will probably find one with a better bar and amenities now.

It’s a nice hotel, but some of the people that stay there make it difficult for others. People where smoking weed in the area of our room and the room right next to us had a kid that would scream every morning for an hour. But overall it’s a good hotel

Stayed previously and had a good experience! This trip was not the same experience! The toilet in the room above us had a broken pipe and was leaking down into our room when we checked in we had to pack our things and move to another room when we went to the front desk to report it they acted as if we didn’t matter the manager that was on basically dismissed us. The room that we stayed in was old and needed upgrading the second night we were there there was a rat literally running around the pool area I don’t plan on staying here again after this experience.

Let’s start with the first room they tried to put us in. Room looked like a run down hourly room. The second room was a lil better. The rooms are in great need of renovations. They think because the stuck some wood tile on the floor that’s good enough. You can see every repair on the walls and the ceiling. Paint is the cover-up of all things. Ceiling has water damage. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel. And won’t recommend it to family or friends

Customer service and Cleaning Everything was good

It was in decent location. Able to walk to different locations easily. There are at least 6 buildings but they were unable to check us in early at all. The buildings are very aged. You see this where they've painted and such. Our toilet wouldn't flush. We had a difficult time getting ahold of the front desk. My husband end up having to walk down there after texting and calling them. Maintenence finally came around 1am to plunge the toilet. Waking us up but at least we could use the bathroom now. There was also very loud music playing in our building til around midnight or longer.

Clean room and close to everything that you want to do At parks as well great restaurants near by. Super cool ac, the room was big with a comfortable bed and TV and the staff kept mu room clean every day.
