The location is good facilities are there and shuttle service to universal studio. Also, plenty of parking spaces available Some elevators are not working and the cleaning can be improved.

One of the elevator didn't work properly, the bathroom wasn't clean properly, human hairs on the toilet and sink. Also, they charge $10 dollars a night for parking.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. However, I did move rooms due to a roach crawling into the wall. This is Florida there will be bugs! Once my room was moved I was unable to enter the second room due to the door lock being dead. Walked back to the front desk to let them know, and they had me return to the room and had security come to try and let me in. Security could also not get in due to the door lock being dead. This led to them having to go get a machine to try and get the door open. In the morning, I woke up to housekeeping, knocking on the door two hours before normal checkout and four hours before the late checkout, the Front Desk gave me and they knocked on the door once again, while I was in the shower, still prior to the normal checkout time.

Thanks location was perfect and near everything. Needed at least one complementary wheel chair to assist handi cap if needed. Especially if they are awaiting rental

Will it do yes. But, it’s not very clean. It’s old. There’s some bugs. But it’s not terrible. Bugs. Cleanliness needs help. Breakfast coffee had soap in it.

Clean room and Well equipped, great location for our business meeting, friendly and accommodating checkout staff. Great value for the money. One of the mattresses was broken down and very uncomfortable for sleeping.
