Location is good the breakfast was good. The rooms didn't have anywhere to put your clothes no dressers no tables to do work on

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was one of my favorite things about the hotel—it’s right on the beach, which made it very convenient and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a nice experience. The property could use a little maintenance and refreshing in some areas, such as a fresh coat of paint and some work on the flooring in the front-desk area. Nothing major or anything that took away from my stay, but a few updates would really make the property even nicer. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is a little dated..but the rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. The only real problem I see is there isn't adequate parking. Is limited space and there is no lightning so It feels a little sketchy at night. Overall I would stay here again for a weekend for the price being it's right on the beach.

It was a wonderful experience. I will be staying again soon.

Time of breakfast collapses .. but otherwise everything is excellent. It's already my second time staying and I would choose it again..

The bathroom tub had mold but the rest of the room was clean. Lots of gaps where you could see out around the edges.

The place was very clean and well taken care of. The pool was awesome. They had a pavilion. And the breakfast was amazing. All of the staff members were very nice and very helpful. The lady that was in the breakfast room room was one of the nicest people I think that I have met. She was helping the kids get their stuff so the parents could eat and all kinds of things.

Breakfast was very good, A/C perfect, all staff was friendly and helpful!

THE STAFF WAS UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!!! The parking was terrible. Too cramped-hard to get in and out, and not enough spaces. Other than that, great hotel!!!

Pictures of property when booking are extremely old. Hotel is in need of repair. Room was dirty, found bugs, floors were damaged due to moisture/humidity issues. Staff was friendly, but would not book again due to hotel conditions.

Beach front, plenty of parking. Rules were not enforced around the pool. Some lady broke a glass liquor bottle and swept it onto the beach

This place needs a lot of improvement. Door was hard to open and close. Mold on ceiling, floor tile in bathroom and lobby very loose, mattress was dirty and looked like mold on it as well, pool was very cloudy.

It was in the ocean. The elevator, it needs to be repaired.

The furniture was very dirty and we could not even sit on it.

Waking up at 3 in the morning and finding ants and roaches crawling on the counter .

Originally, I haven't booked this hotel, but due to maintenance in the other hotel Expedia gave us this option with Comfort Inn, we had a room with ocean front second floor. They had elevator and stairs, so it was easy to go up. The beach access was immediate, soit was good too. But the view from the room into the ocean was very sad. It was from the kitchenette, small balcony. Door of the balcony closes with a safety stick on the floor. Kitchen was full of crumbs. Dust on a lot of things. Just as a curtesy, not that I complain, just for next guests to know, there is a $20 fee for unwashed dishes. We washed ours and put trash all in one can. Main issue was the 7am noise from a construction/maintenance crew that we were not aware of. Sound was almost drilling outside our door. Whole family couldn't sleep in. Since my husband just had a surgery and it was supposed to be a relaxing gateway (we are from Orlando), we didn't stay for the second night. Front desk kindly refunded us for the second night, but not for the first night. Room was spacious and had two beds and pull-out couch. I had to move the couch a bit and saw nasty old food behind it. Pool was also dirty, had floating hair everywhere. I gave it a 3-star because I understand that for the price, I can't be picky too much, but if we went with the original hotel next door, literally few buildings up, for the same price we would get a cleaner room. Over all, if you are looking somewhere to stay on the beach this hotel ok.

Great location This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel. For 2 years now they have had the exact same breakfast. No bacon and no fruit except an apple. Only one waffle maker that you have to stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes to make a waffle. Only one ice maker for the whole 4 floor hotel. If you don’t get ice by 8 am then you’re out of luck till at least 6pm. They should have ice machines on every floor. No lights at the pool. On my day of leaving I tried to secure a cart the day before and I think they only have 2 carts and they was gone. I had to physically walk my belongings down 4 flights of stairs 8 times yes 8 times to my suv. Luckily I’m of decent shape to do this. It took an additional hour to pack my vehicle cause of no carts and the elevator has to be the slowest in Florida. The electors practically useless. Here is a thought how about equal driving license to use a cart for 30 minutes like my last hotel in Panama City did or buy more damn carts. Also I only got room service after I complained after the 4th day. I should’ve have to go to the front desk and ask for towels every single day. The air conditioner never seemed to cool the room like it should have.
