The staff is amazing but the furniture very old furniture but it was well maintained and clean.

This is a small hotel and easy to navigate. Our room was oceanfront and the stairs to go down to the pool area were right around the corner. Beautiful view of the ocean and the beach was not crowded. The breakfast is basically muffins or fruit, coffee, and yogurt. Not much, but it got us by until lunchtime. It was a good four days.

The location and view were great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. The property seemed a little run down, but that’s to be expected at a location where storms can be accompanied by flooding and water damage. I would stay again. Great prices too

The room was small but nice and clean. It was right by the pool, hot tub, fire pit and beach so you can’t ask for much more! The bathroom door lock was broken and water pressure was low but it was a good place to stay

Right off the beach, beautiful view. Parking lot is small but that's a non issue. Rooms are nice and bathroom is cool with overhead shower head.

The place was super clean. The staff was super friendly. It was wonderful.

Beautiful ocean view. Hotel was clean. Nice big shower with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable but pillows could be replaced.

We encountered Roaches in our bathroom, we booked a room with 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds, we booked a kitchenette with a full refrigerator but got a mini refrigerator! The Spa was dirty and unhealthy to use! Not to our expectations will not go back there.

The room was not well maintained it was breaking down pieces, the kitchen was not even enough room to eat and based on the condition of the building I was not going to chance eating there. Not a good experience

Cozy oceanfront hotel

La verdad muy terrible las condiciones de la habitación, las cortinas con agujeros, la puerta de la habitación no nos abría nunca… teníamos que ir hasta recepción cada vez por eso… la piscina llena de moho, por lo cual no nos bañamos, en la descripción decía desayuno incluido y nos salen con una manzana, una banana y un panecillo… que clase de chiste es ese, y todavía cuando llegamos nos habían dicho que nuestra reserva no aparecía por ningún lado… y sin embargo nos quedamos por que la atención del chico colombiano que estaba en el lobby fue 10/10, gracias a él nos decidimos quedar… muy bien su trabajo!! Pero las condiciones del hotel es terrible 😢 no volveríamos JAMASSSS!!

Beautiful beach front view, close to Daytona & all the places we wanted to visit & explore. Enjoyed our morning beach stroll every day. Had an outdoor shower & hose to rinse off beach items. Really appreciated the daytime staff- The front desk gentleman Lensworth was very helpful & kind to me. I was struggling with the smell of cleaning supplies in our room because of my sensitive pregnancy symptoms, so he helped me find a room that accommodated my sensitivity better. The stairs need a better grip on them, since they stay pretty wet with the weather, salt & close beach access. The metal strip on the edge of all the outdoor stairs is very slippery- my husband & my brother both struggled with maintaining their balance on the stairs.

Good for the Money. Nice view with Beach access and pool on beachside.
