This place is have stayed for the last 12 yrs. Great place . No elevators and we was on third floor inconvenience and the one lady in the office is always grouchy . Everyone else is super nice

You get what you pay for… very nice front desk lady. Rooms are dated and questionable. I booked when my floors were getting laid, I went home late that night. Nice location. Free parking.

They increased pet fee to 50$. No breakfast thinking for 20$ more we can do better

Rooms at best ok...view was great pool was good, but zero lighting. Location was great quiet area of ormond... some clientele was sketchy Not well maintained overall...rooms moldy musty...renovations were ok in bathroom but shower curtain molded. outdoor furniture was in disrepair even the polywood stuff falling apart

Expedia needs to ask more questions. about the person who is to use the room. I'm 78 years old and I as placed in a room that I had to climb 23 steps to get to it. I asked to be moved to a lower room and I had to pay an additional $30 per night. Expedia needs to ask how old and if there is any health issues.

The Beach view and access was amazing. The room was good but could use a little TLC and updates. The parking was not an issue. We really didn’t see the staff but they did bring us clean towels everyday as long as you leave your used ones outside the door by noon.

The pool right outside our back door, easy beach access, we had the pool to ourselves and the beach to ourselves most of the time there. Never wanted to leave for anything! No complaints

Beds were comfortable and liked the updated kitchen area Patio was supposed to be ocean view but it was definitely a pool view. It could cleaner in general.
