Georgian Inn Beach Club

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing. There was trash left behind from the previous guests and hair in the bathroom. The only bathroom outlet also didn’t work, which was especially inconvenient because the bathroom had the only mirror in the room. They weren’t able to repair it, but they did provide an extension cord so I could use my hair tools. My biggest concern, however, was the parking situation. There was not enough on-site parking, and guests who were not long-term “residents” were required to park across a major intersection in a lot behind a bar. As a woman arriving alone late at night, I did not feel safe parking there and walking back to the hotel by myself. I also had to make this walk at night and in the early morning. The area was especially dark because the streetlights are dimmed to protect the local sea turtles. The beachfront location and views are wonderful, but the cleanliness and off-site parking situation significantly impacted my stay.

Noisy A/C. Unusable balcony as the A/C puts out hot air outside and the glass rail holds that heat in the balcony area. Handheld shower bracket was broken but worked, and the overhead rain shower worked.

Room was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cockroaches in the lobby, the elevators seemed like they are gonna fall apart and parking for guests was horrible

Not one time to the staff speak to us it was a very uncomfortable situation! We first pulled up we didn't see any sign saying that it was reserved parking but evidently it was for people who were staying in the penthouse The lady came outside and informed us We had to move and I said we'll just checking in and she says it's for penthouse only turns around and walks off! The only one that was friendly was the people that was cleaning and the one guy that worked third shift! And I'll be quite honest with you I feel that it was due to the color of my husband's skin properties beautiful room was beautiful! But the staff that actually works made us very uncomfortable not hello how you doing You walked down to the lobby they don't look at you and I've been in customer service off my life and never would have treated a customer the way that we were treated!

Room was nice ocean front. They are under construction and updating rooms so noise is present during the day.

Great stay for a solo traveler. Room was comfortable & great kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful & very accommodating. I would stay again & loved the location for being within walking distance to restaurants.

Apt was clean and amazing view

The hotel lobby and hallway to the pool and elevators were dated but the trim itself was perfect. It was nicely set up. The balcony view was directly over the pool with a beautiful view of the beach. Several restaurants were in walking distance. The check in and check out process was smooth even though it was all on paper. We would definitely stay again for a staycation.

Pets are not allowed you have a condominium hotel that's on the beach where animals are allowed you should allow animals

studio room. The building itself shows its age, but I am happy to report that they are working on giving it a facelift.

We love to stay here! The price is great, great location, and nice facility. The rooms were updated since last time and so so nice! Awesome beach view from the balcony. LOVE the outdoor kitchen area. Pool is nice also. Spa is questionable- kinda feels like a dark cave but it was okay. Definitely check out the cove deck restaurant across the street. We had a wonderful week, will be back. Only possible complaint is the elevator is soooo slow but not a big deal overall.

Clean Updated Pool cloudy Furniture on deck needs to be replaced

I liked the fact the beach was right there and we could see it from the room. Plenty of things to do in the area. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The property was dated. It was fine for me and my granddaughter . She loved the beach and swimming. The pool looked old and water wasn’t pristine.

Newly remodeled room was comfortable.
