What a great great place. Our host was wonderful and the facilities were amazing. Don't forget the great breakfast. Far exceeded our expectations. Everything was superb.

Beautiful B & B. Located just steps away from the cathedral and a gorgeous view of the valley from the living room. The owner was very helpful. It's a perfect place for a couple to stay while visiting Orvieto. Driving in the historic district is a challenge. Thankfully the owner met us at her front door and personally showed me where to park. (as a bonus it was free of charge and only about 100 meters away).

The location was perfect, the apartment beautiful. The balcony room overlooking the valley below was amazing. All of the old books added to the charm. But the real highlight was spending time with our host Annalisa. She fixed us a huge breakfast every morning, complete with delicious cappuccino. I had a lovely time practicing my very basic Italian with her. What a great place to stay if you like a personal touch♥️♥️.

Lovely B&B near the canter of Orvieto. The owner is so lovely and accommodating and helped us get nearby free parking. Beautiful sunroom overlooking the surrounding area. Would stay again!

Beautiful property! Room is spacious and quiet. We loved the view from the terrace every morning while having breakfast. Host was very kind and picked us up from the train station.

Excellent location! The host is super helpful, she blocked free parking spot for us! It was very nice, room had AC, a bit aged, but evening breeze was fine to not use it. Everything was fine

Though we could not communicate in English or Italian the lady gave us good advices with help of google translate. She prepared an extended breakfast and helped us with finding a parking spot nearby.
