**A Truly Memorable Stay – Thank You, APA Hotel Osaka Tanimachi 4-chome Akimae!** My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at APA Hotel Osaka from July 6th to 13th, 2025 during our visit for World Expo 2025—and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just 15 to 20 steps away from the Osaka Metro elevator and stairway entrance. It made getting around the city so convenient for us. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance, which added to the comfort of our stay. A special shoutout to the front office team—especially the three friendly and helpful female staff, and one outstanding Chinese-speaking lady who went above and beyond for us. Her service was extraordinary, and together, the team truly deserves a "Best Employee" award. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable. What really touched us was the small but sincere gesture—lending us an umbrella when it rained. That simple act, along with their consistent care, made us feel genuinely welcomed. I've traveled extensively across the world and stayed in many hotels across different continents, but this experience stands out as one of the most heartfelt and memorable. We have fallen in love with this APA Hotel and the memories it has given us. I will definitely return with my family in the future. Japanese professionalism and hospitality are truly in a class of their own—and we hold deep respect for that. We also had an amazing time exploring Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. But APA Hotel Osaka will always remain a special part of this beautiful journey. To anyone considering a stay here—don’t hesitate. This is a gem of a hotel. Come and experience it for yourself! Also, the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. These are small points, and overall, everything else was excellent. With these minor improvements, it would be absolutely perfect.??

The room was very tiny. The bed was okay, but there wasn't any space to open the suitcase. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. They performed their tasks mechanically without any compassion as if they were robots. That was very unusual in Japan.

Location next to Public transport The smell. The arrival. The 4.5% processing fee for any CC transactions (they’ll dispute me on this but I saw the difference price booking charged me versus on site and it had nothing to do with total charges and all with method of payment/something I didn’t experience in my 2 weeks throughout Japan accommodations or businesses.) The TINY room. The lack of plugs for tech charging— not a single USB plug and only 1-2 plugs, the hard bed, and the floor matt-type pillows. The humidity in the rooms… run from this chain, don’t understand the hype.

Perfectly located at Exit #8 of Tanimachi 4-chime Station. A few minutes walk to Osaka Castle. The room is small, but sufficent. The beds are even for European standards large and very comfy. Don‘t be afraid of traffic outside. The window blocks is perfectly off. Nothing, all good.

Clean, organized, easy to check in and out. The genyo was also in great condition.
