Location is great. Close proximity of the Osaka Castle, History Museum. Close to Metro for easy access to. The staff were friendly.

Great location, staff had my bags already in my room AND let me check in 2 hours early. Comfortable and clean, if a little tight for three people with large suitcases. Nothing

Location of the Hotel is very close to a Metro station as well as Osaka Castle. We also were able to dispatch our luggage to Tokyo using their help. Room size was quite small but I feel it's the same across Japan

Conveniently located for our local travel. Nice room. Unlike many hotels that require shoes to be removed when leaving the lobby, this hotel does not, so carpeting in the common areas shows the ground in dirt.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is great. The cleaning forgot about the desk mirror and bed tables

Hospitality, location, and value for money. The staffs were nice, and giving a "welcome juice/tea" after check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable chair. The location was convenient and wifi was good. Breakfast had interesting Osaka dishes. Overall, I prefer this hotel to nearby rivals like APA-hotel. Small things. Bathroom facilities looked a little dated compared to other Japanese hotels. There was no lobby to sit down and wait. It's a business hotel, so there's no frills.

A friend and I stayed just one night. Check-in was fine and the staff pleasant with good English. Recommended a couple of good places to eat. Maybe i missed it, but the hotel could provide a clear instruction as to how to access via the public transport from the RR station. This applies to all hotels, not just this one.

The room was clean and perfect completely, and the bed was a very comfortable bed . We can sleep very well. When we checked in here, we were feeling impressed the first time. When we stayed in the room , which was the big room, we had a big window to see the scenery of the street and the high view . The hotel is nearest to many attractions. Especially it can walk around 10 minutes to the osaka Castle, which is the giant castle when we see it on the toppest of the floor. It is like the scenery of the 360-degree . Everything was perfect.

Furukawa-San Thank you so much! She helped me transfer my luggage from the hotel to T3 Haneda. Her English wasn't fluent, nor was my Japanese but she was very respectful and welcoming. Furthermore, it was a request she didn't see often but she exceeded my expectations with helping me research it. The hotel has amenities on the ground floor including tea bags and tooth brushes. The vicinity to the station was extremely close, as is to family mart and 7/11. Maybe breakfast could be included with the price - there was an option to add it but i chose not to.
