There was a big window in the room that can be tilted, but not fully opened. Other rooms might have a view (10th floor), but mine was in front of the covered emergency stairs, so there was nothing to see. Although the building is located next to 2 busy highways, i did not notice any loud noises from outside at night (with closed window). There were 2 elevators, making wait times almost non existent (<1min). Again, stairs were for emergency use only. The entrance to the metro station is right in front of the hotel, making it a 3min walk to the trains. A family mart is also literally next door.

Transit was just outside front door. Staff were kind. The bed was like cement. Too hard for this old lady.

I book a wrong room it's because smoking so the smell of sigaret is strong.

Everything was perfect. The politeness of the staff to cleaningness of the room and various facilities inside the room. The breakfast was also nice and location is also few steps away from the metro.

I didn’t like that when I paid online for the room in advance, I had to pay a ¥100 fee in person at check in. This should be included in the online fare, because it wastes time and is confusing for the guest.

Train station entrance is right on front. Breakfast is great! The rooms are adequate though it becomes a bit cramped if you have two luggages. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel just services housekeeping every three days, so there's a little problem with trash.

Wonderful hotel that worked perfectly for our stopover point. We stayed only one night, which I think this hotel was perfect for this purpose. The rooms are small, but you have everything you need. The reason why you wouldn’t want to stay much longer is because there isn’t really a spot for your luggage - you have to use the bed - and no place to put your items if you wanted to unpack. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We left our luggage with them the next morning for a few hours after checkout so we could go see Osaka Castle, then picked it back up with no issues early afternoon; the JR line entrance is right next to the hotel entrance, so it is very convenient! Overall, I highly recommend for a 1-2 night stay.

It was the sort of hotel where you could walk in, dump your things and get comfy without thinking too much about what you need to carry with you to the bathroom or where to put your stuff. Everything from clotheshangers to shampoos to the location of the light switches made it a very convenient and comfortable place to shower, hang up your laundry, and rest. The breakfast had a good range of healthy and delicious side dishes along with rice, miso soup, tea and toast available too. Possibly just a lack of view from the window of the room I happened to be in, facing another building directly, but I kept the curtains shut most of the time anyway so it didn't matter too much, and will vary room by room.

I like the room (it was clean, quiet and comfortable) plus the breakfast option was great. The hotel is in the best location (the metro station is near, Osaka castle is only 15 min, the History Museum is even closer). Highly recommended for staying.
