The onsen was very nice to have within the hotel. Facilities were not advertised correctly and charges were unknown for them. Room size was very small and little to no space for bags or clothing.

It's around $12 per person to use the swimming pool for 1 hour slot. That's a lot of money. There's no cleaning service; they leave new towels in a plastic outside your room. It's too corporate like; lack personality. The room is tiny and the beds are not comfortable.

There’s an extra charge for every. Even though the room sleeps 4, the price is only for 3 and 4th person is charged extra. You have to pay &15/day to use the pool and $20/day for gym. Luggage storage is not free either

Very nice property, rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The property has lots of restaurants, 7/11 convenience and an onsen. So overall great value

We like the place coz it's very accessible anywhere in town in Namba especially near in station As we the first timer group stayed for 1night we had much fun happy and comfortable in any amenities especially the sauna ☺️

We loved our stay at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower, so many on-site amenities + 7/11. Wish the pool & hot tub were open so we could enjoy that amazing rooftop view. The room was tiny but it worked for us.

Great location! its one of the bigger APA place. Very safe and have all the accommodations available. They have luggage check in and out that very easy to use. The place have matcha store right inside along with convenience store and restaurants. Room is what expected for Japanese standard. They don't provide daily cleaning unless you request but will hang a bag outside with all the new towels and amenities. Its about 10'-15' walk to dontobori but still very great, especially for the price and service.
