Hotel location is the best and easy access to Metro.

It is located at a very strategic location for commuting. Nothing really.

We stayed here for one night right before leaving Japan. It was a big, beautiful hotel in an amazing location, especially since we were arriving by train. And we were able to take the affordable airport bus the next day from the bus terminal right next door. There is a supermarket and other shops in the basement of the building, making it easy to pick up food, drinks, and snacks. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. We stayed in the "city view" rooms on the 31st floor, which was fun to see the city from our windows! Great view. We were able to walk and take the subway to many places we wanted to visit and the check-in and check-out were easy, with helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint is that there was no complimentary coffee station in the lobby. They provided tea and coffee pods in the rooms, but I drink coffee with cream and sugar so I couldn't use that. I had to venture all the way to the basement of the building to find coffee somewhere else. Would have been really nice to be able to grab a cup in the lobby and go back to the room to chill.

This was absolutely not a four-star hotel. I had repeated problems with staff and service and access to the restaurant and it just kept getting sillier and sillier.

Very comfortable, spacious, secure. Size is large above Japan standard hotel room size. Love the view of Osaka..Foreigner friendly.. Lobby not in the first floor. 2 elevator ride to your room.

It's beautiful inside and the views of Osaka from the high floors were stunning both day and night. The room was very clean. The bathroom was a western style, which I came to seriously dislike after experiencing the Japanese style and layout. There were no laundry facilities for guests to use. The motel itself would launder the clothes, but they chartered per piece. I had to take our dirty clothes to a coin laundry facility that was roughly a 10 minute walk away. This took time away from exploring the city. When we went to forward our luggage, this turned into a 30+ minute ordeal. Again, taking away time from our trip. They did not have a seamless set up with Yamato, who everyone else seems to use. At other motels and even our Airbnb, this was a 5 minute process. While this place is a stunning wedding venue, I don't feel it was practical for our travels.

Location, amenities, view and value for price. The interior design of room, bathroom, carpet felt old.

The room is outdated, and one of the high-level staff members at the front desk is quite rude.

The breakfast was very international with ample choices. pretty close to Dotonburi area. The lobby on the 22nd floor.

Great view of the city from the room, excellent breakfast with a wide selection of dishes, good location. I really liked it.

The location is right in the center of entertainment and within two blocks from train and subway station. Easy enough to get there even with luggage. Nice room however the pillows are very hard. Very hard pillows and bed is just ok

Great location for my arrival and departure by train

Location is excellent, just a 3min walk to Nankai line to the airport, plenty of restaurants nearby and only 10min walk to the Namba cental. The room is big and spacious, which exceeded our expectations. It's slightly old
