1. Cleanliness was excellent. I surprised the cleaner by coming into my room while she was working and could see that she was doing a full cleaning, not just tidying up! 2. Rooftop bath facilities were excellent with everything you need to go empty handed. Bonus were the microwave and laundry machines. 3. Location is close to transport links and famous shopping area. 4. Unexpected surprises: air filter in the room, very deep bathtub, very good quality bathroom amenities, quiet even though my room faced the main road.

Not applicable for breakfast. Bath facilities were fine. There was only on queen bed for three people - we used the sofa as a bed for our growing 12 year old. Other than that it was fine

This hotel was fantastic!!! Our room was so big, it felt so luxurious after staying in tiny hotel rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower/bath and also the size of the shower bath area was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies! The location was excellent, literally five steps away from Exit 28 of Osaka Namba Station subway. (Side note: there aren't any escalators when exiting the subway at Exit 28 when you arrive and you know Japan loves stairs, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs but honestly the exit has quite short flights of stairs to lug the suitcase up from the station level so quite manageable for us). So nice to have a coin laundry and microwaves for communal use, and also the bath spa on the top level of the hotel. A great place to stay and we'd absolutely recommend it. As mentioned the size of the room was amazing, and there was a small hall leading to the bathroom and then to the room - it was hard lino/tile and this made the floor extremely cold! We think it was because the front door of the room has a gap underneath it which let's cold air in. Once we worked this out, we placed a spare towel down to block the gap and it made the world of difference keeping the floors warmer with the heater from the room. Perhaps the hotel should provide draft stoppers or install rubber along the bottom of the door to stop the gap letting cold air seep through. Otherwise completely happy!

The room was good nothing bad but also nothing fantastic which was what we looking for. The best thing about this place for me was the location and value for money. If I have to stay around Namba area, this place will be the selection. The staffs were also nice, helpful and able to communicate in English. Nothing bad in particular.

The entry to the rail station was right next to the hotel so it was easy to access. We were also able to walk to Dotombori and other eating places. The room keys for the hotel did not work very well. I had to get them to redo my room key everyday.

The location is great. Lobby is quiet, front desk is helpful (receiving my 6 big luggages from Yamato and safe keep my luggages after I checkout when my flight is late at night), room is clean and big (come with sofa n coffee table) The hotel room is ‘old’ (70s/80s look). And no window ?

Very handy, all that is needed. Very very nice personnel ! You should be aware it’s at one of the busiest crossings in Osaka. Even with the windows closed the traffic noise is real.

Good location - walking distance to Namba Station and local shops. The room was exceptionally large. Really enjoyed the public bath as well. Nothing.
