Location is perfect near to station and restaurants.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with both a buffet option and a traditional Japanese breakfast available on the second floor. The staff were friendly, and the location worked very well for our trip. The only thing I would point out is that the rooms feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation.

The staff were nice and helpful. It was clean and breakfast on the 51st floor was excellent. The TV does not have Netflix or Amazon prime on it. It not compatible with your phone. I think all the tv. We’d an upgrade.

A lot of restaurants and shop in the tower itself and easy way to the metro No drinking water at the room

We were 4 adults and 3 toodlers, the room was big enough for us with more than enough space for our luggages. They have also washing machine which includes dryer with reasonable price, the only thing is because there are only a handful of it, it is usually fully occupied and you have to wait until the previous person is done. There was some misunderstanding in the beginning as the receptionist thought the payment was already done, which in fact was not yet done, so they left a letter on our door asking us to do the payment again. But it was solved without issue. I would like to stay here again when I am back in Japan.

the location is best, it is just 2 min walk from the metro station and the tower is so big that the views from the room are wonderful, it has everything that a family need. the staff are super friendly and were willing to help us wherever they can. will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values time and need good comfort.

Location to Bentencho station is great— so easy to jump on trains and head all over the city and day trips to other cities close by as well. The rooms are clean, quiet and the views are unreal from the windows. Modern hotel, great staff. Beautiful spot.

The room was very spacious with a great view of the city. There was no surface space in the bathroom for makeup and toiletries.

The location is perfect if you are planning to visit Solaniwa Spa or USJ. There are plenty of food options including a Life grocery store within walking distance. The facilities were clean and well maintained. There was no lounge area for eating outside food. No free filtered water refill stations.

Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower near Bentencho Station is where it's at. The hotel is a little older but we were more fixated on a location outside of spots overrun by disrespectful gaijin in Osaka. There's a Family Mart within a minute's walk from hotel. They have restaurants/eateries to enjoy during the day, and cafes open as early as 7am. Super convenient to major lines to get you around the many sightseeing spots in Osaka. Also, they have a free shuttle bus to USJ. The best part was the Solaniwa onsen nearby. Staying at the hotel gave us a discounted rate at the onsen. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy it more but will come back again. Mahalo! Can't say I didn't enjoy my stay. If anything, I didn't like the fact that my trip was so short.

The breakfast photo in booking.com was totally different from actual breakfast. We though they serve japanese breakfast but actual breakfast was just regular western breakfast.
