Staffs were very polite and helpful. I had some personal issue and they agreed to change my room for me. Room was decent, light can change colors so it's not hospital lighting. Overall very good. Will stay again The room design is as expected of business hotel. Not most beautiful, but it works for the excellent price range.

Good location, close to train station. Loved the breakfast. Our room and common areas are clean. Great value for the price. We felt that the mattress is a bit hard for us.

13th floor view and big windows which you can open completely. You have breakfast, it's good. Also, you have a station nearby from which you can get anywhere in the city. Really good value for the price.

Everything was very tidy, the staff was very friendly and polite, the check in was fast and also the check out. The train station is close and you have a seven eleven in the next corner. Breakfast is delicious. Everything was pretty good

Small bedroom but well equipped and close to metro station. Mattress quality needs to be improved. We stayed only 3 nights to visit universal studios and didn't get good sleep.

The room was satisfactory and the check-in/check-out procedure was very smooth and easy with little need to interact with the staff. The breakfast was just onigiri. Unfortunately, I don't eat rice, so that meant there was nothing for me to eat other than soup. There was also no toothbrush or comb in the room.

Very good budgethotel, great location close to station Bentencho. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was tasty. There were different kinds of onigiri, you can heat the brioche, it´s very good! Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The wifi however wasn´t always stable and often the connection was lost. The beds were a bit hard to sleep in (both matress and pillow).
