Hotel She, Osaka

The staff was very nice. It was close to some great places to eat and close enough to the train station.

There is more space in this room than in other hotels in Japan. There is a little couch and table as well. The record player in the room is a fun touch. Free snacks and drinks are included. The breakfast is about $10USD but very convenient. The dining area is nicely decorated and they are always playing fun music. The hotel also smells amazing!

Loved the atmosphere in the hotel, it had a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The staff were nice and very helpful, which made it a joy to stay at the hotel.

Good value based on what I paid for the room. Near major Express way, can be noisy when motorcycles going by during the night. The pillows are a little too hard, should give one more less firm one like most hotels do these days, providing 2 different kinds of pillows to suit guest needs.

Design, breakfast, cozy bed and room with cool design

At first, it may feel a bit far from the train station, but once you get used to it, getting around—and transferring between stations—is quite easy.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was small, but cozy. The record player in the room was a fantastic touch. The dinner was a great way to finish off the day and the music playing was a comfortable volume both for listening and having a conversation. It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but nothing terrible.

First off the vibes were immaculate! Record players in each room!! Amazing! There were tons of places to eat and a short walk to the subway! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was so nice it was hard to think of anything negative! The bathroom was a little small but it got the job done!

Staff was very helpful and nice. The selection of music records and free snacks made my stay very pleasant. The lighting in the room and cleanliness made me feel cozy. The check-in process was smooth and everything was explained to me. There is a communal kitchen and area to relax. If I’m ever back in Osaka, I will stay at this place again just for the hospitality and the overall vibe of the place. The hotel was about 8-10 minutes away from the station. If you’re carrying big luggage, this may be an inconvenience. Quiet hours start after 9 PM, but are not strictly enforced since the staff are not available/go home at that time. There were some guests who were loud late at night (having full-blown conversations in the hallway).

Hotel She, Osaka is really good. the staff is really attentive and helpful, they answered all our questions in good english and even helped us with the Yamato luggage service to Kyoto. The room is really comfortable and big for what we were expecting. A little far from the train station, but only if you have been walking +20k steps. Absolutely would stay here again! Everything was good!

The record players

The continental breakfast was fresh every morning with a selection of juices. The salad was refreshing and the breads were delicious.

Boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and useful services in the lobby. The laundry in the same building was very convenient and the pajamas they gave us were the best we got in our trip. It’s not greatly connected to the most touristic areas (like 40-50min with transfers). This was particularly inconvenient when arriving and leaving due to having to carry the luggage until the main train station. There also weren’t a lot of food places nearby.

This hotel has amazing and very cool polite! There are super friendly and easy going. Not to say you have welcoming drinks and bites! From non alcoholic to alcohol. Which is Super! Also various choice of vinyl records plus in your room! How cool is that! Highly recommended this place!! And metro station is like 10 min walking There is nothing not to like on this property.
