Fantastic location near the station and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the view from the Rooftop. Room rates were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

It is next to a Japanese style 711 convenient store-not a 711 in USA; close to a major subway station and a mall with restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly yummy. The room with 4 beds were surprisingly well designed and comfortable! A bit remote.

We liked the amazing hotel access and view, the staff was very friendly, room was comfortable and amenities were easily accessible.

The breakfast was nice. You have to pay to check in early, you have to pay to check out late, they are not so good at communicating. They say they can store your luggage but its just sitting in the lobby not in a secure location. If they clean your room, they just empty the trash and make your bed, they don’t change the linens or replace the cups they provide in the room if used.

Close .to a station Well.. the room was so hot.. they did not do anything about the heat in the room other than bringing a small face fan to my room... There was definitely an issue with the room heat and with all that turned off the room was still very hot and was not able to sleep. I left the window open but the noise kept me up as well as the heat. Also. Stayed there for a week, and as we checked out we needed a place to store luggage for 45 minutes to quickly eat breakfast at the komeda coffee near by. They wanted to charge us ¥1000 yen per suitcase. I am not sure if hotels are starting to charge this, but this is the first time was being charged for storage as being a guest. Other better options with better service.

Location. Modern interior. Larger room for Japanese standards. Room wall was dirty. Carpet dirty. Hallway smelled.

My personal preference, but wish it was located to more attractions. Right next to a station which was awesome but usually took one or two transfers to get to our destinations.
