Check in was easy even tho almost past the office hour time. Everything was good ! Nearby to FamilyMart, Lawson and fee more drugstore ! None !

Large, quiet and clean room. Nice reception staff. Short walk to a metro station and supermarket (on the corner, not the one on the same block) The neighbourhood wasn’t the prettiest but I would definitely go back.

The twin room was big and it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Sation was not far and there's a supermarket down the road which is very convenient. The bathroom is pretty small but fine for 1/2 people anyway.

Being right next to the subway made seeing the city extraordinarily easy. In addition there was a variety of restaurants very close by. The staff I interacted with did not speak much English, but nearly everything was labeled in English (as well as a few other languages) The hotel coin laundromat did not have English instructions, or a change machine, and the front desk was also unable to make change.

Comfortable and big enough Location is not good. We arrived late in the evening and I didn’t feel secure at all. We had to walk a lot from the station.

The air conditioner was broken. Worst summer !

Clean room. AC Worked well. Close to train station and 24hr grocery stores. We had a very large cockroach in our room. I couldn’t kill it and it ran under the bed. The staff moved us to a different floor / room. We noticed a lot of big cockroaches on the streets and even in restaurants in Osaka. Pretty gross. They also don’t use AC in hallways of the hotel, so it smells like hot smoked turkey and dust in the hallway.
